Subsyb is a two-person studio. We take on a handful of projects a year for independent businesses, publishers and non-profits — usually a site, a design system, and the tooling to keep both running without us.

Static & hybrid sites
Content-driven builds that render fast on ordinary hardware and slow connections, with a CMS your editors will actually use.
Performance work
Audits and remediation for sites that grew heavier than intended — bundle budgets, image pipelines, caching, Core Web Vitals.
Maintenance
Dependency updates, uptime monitoring and a quarterly review, on a flat retainer with no minimum term.

About
The studio has been running since 2019. We are deliberately small: two people, no subcontracting, one project at a time. That keeps the work honest and the timelines real, and it means the people who design your site are the ones who build it.
